Yes. Whim partners with Best Buy to help fulfill select items. This allows for faster delivery and, in the near future, in-store pickup options at select Best Buy locations.
How long does it take to receive my Whim order?
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. Some orders are delivered next day depending on your location and how best buy decides to deliver the product.
Your subscription begins once you’ve received the product.
Where does Whim ship? Does Whim ship internationally?
At this time, Whim ships only within the 48 mainland U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping.
How do I track my Whim order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also view tracking details anytime in your Whim account portal.
What shipping services does Whim use?
Whim typically ships through UPS and FedEx. For faster fulfillment, Best Buy also uses local carriers such as DoorDash, Roadie, and OnTrac to deliver products directly to your door.
Can I pick up my Whim order instead of shipping?
In the near future, Whim will offer in-store pickup at Best Buy locations as another option for customers who prefer same-day availability.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, contact Whim Support immediately. We will open an investigation and work with carriers to resolve the situation quickly.
